(0:57): Christmas is Jenni’s favorite day of the year!
(1:30): Every year Jake gets more clothes from Jenni and her family - meaning he has a completely new wardrobe now from when he met Jenni (11 years ago!!)
(2:30): Jake has had the same pair of slacks since 8th grade - which he got for his 8th grade dance.
(4:25): Accountability is the main reason people stop going to the gym 6 weeks after the new year.
(5:00): Kickstart Program - a 6 week program where we provide weekly accountability meetings.
(6:20): Built to help hold people accountable, but also built for the people who do not want to “put in the work” to do the work. Everything is written out (meal plan, grocery list) and videos created (workout plans).
(7:11): Kickstart Program starts January 3rd! The last day to sign up is tomorrow!
(7:30): Kickstart Program = A 6 week program with weekly meal plans (have 7 day meal plan, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack dinner) - meal plans change day to day and week to week. Provides a variety. Mix & Match & Rotate as you wish.
(8:15): Provide a grocery list. The grocery list is created in categories so you can go in and mark off what you already have at home. Have an amazon link that has the snacks that are recommended. A lot of the things can be found on Amazon or local grocery stores.
(8:55): Developed the meal plan primarily off an insulin resistant individual. This is still a wonderful meal plan for anyone - keeping the macro nutrients, protein, carbs, and fats in a good line. Keeping energy up, blood sugars stable, and helping sleep.
(10:15): There are weekly zoom meetings. Jenni is available along the way for being successful (email, phone, text). If you need help, do not like a product, do not know what to switch, Jenni is here to help through it all.
(11:20): The reason people are being successful is because of the weekly accountability meetings. You will talk about what you struggled with and what you succeeded with.
(13:15): The workouts can be done at home or gym. There are options to change things up in the videos - such as the level of difficulty.
(13:40): There is not a single successful person in this world who got there on their own. There is always that one person who helps get that person there (coaches, mentors, etc.).
(16:20): Coaches are able to see things that their “players” are not able to see. They have done this and know what to look out for and see. They help you get on track much quicker.
(17:18): If something is not working, and adjustments need to be made, Jenni and her team have the knowledge on what to do in helping you reach your goal and being successful.
(18:25): Average is a 9 lb weight loss on this program. The goal is 8-10 lbs. We have had someone lose up to 14 lbs.
(19:10): We like to see these numbers because it is giving a sustainable weight loss number, not a crash/fad diet that will help you lose weight fast, but not sustainable, and comes right back.
(19:37): 1-2 lbs a week is a sustainable weight loss. We also want to create a lifestyle, it is us helping you stay on track and keeping a balance in your life to maintain the weight loss and new healthy way of life.
