In this episode, we are sharing with you a real live Life Coaching session between the two of us. We were supposed to be using up the allotted time recording episodes on Worthiness and Rejection, but Jess came to me in a tizzy and needed help balancing out some of her thoughts. Instead of just talking it out between her and I, she wanted to press record and share her vulnerable obstacles with the world in hopes it can help someone else too. Thank you, Jess!
I really wish we kept recording because there were some really big aha moments right before she left my house. This work never ends. The best part is by clearing her blocks during the session, her creativity and flow was washing over her the next day.
