Best Buddies International is a non profit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We were lucky to have both Richard Fries and Teddy Shriver on the show to talk all about everything from what Best Buddies is to the cycling experience that they offer.
