Bone Broth Latte
Two servings
2 cups bone broth
1/4 t ground ginger
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch black pepper
1 T grass-fed butter or ghee
Optional: cream or coconut cream to taste, collagen peptides for extra protein, savory toppings like fresh herbs, chopped green onion, red pepper flakes, sea salt, etc

Heat over medium heat, until combined. Use a hand blender or frother to blend until creamy and frothy. ENJOY!
