We all have a sense of self and "other". But when that gets in the way of showing empathy and kindness, we have a problem. Sometimes insecurity, lack of confidence, or lack of control makes us feel vulnerable and unsafe and we lash out at others.

HOW do we get past these negative emotions?? In this episode, Cam and Amelia talk about processing these negative emotions, which can manifest as anger, shame, or bitterness and resentment.

We want you to feel empowered to make changes, to feel gratitude and consider carefully, whose opinion you value. This means that you won't depend on others for validation and conversely, you won't be angry or disappointed when they disagree with you.
