'Biohacking' is all the rage now. Do you know what it is?

In the vernacular of the health and wellness space, biohacking is the use of habits, substances or practices that can increase the efficiency of your biology, often resulting in greater longevity (longer life) and easer living (fewer aches and pains, more contentment).

Cam and Amelia bring you some accessible and not-so-crazy biohacks. These are things we've used or done, are currently doing or strongly believe to be helpful in the quest for a longer, happier, more authentic existence. These are things as common and familiar as multi-vitamins or as 'out there' as  nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.
