If you're like us, sleep is your #1 priority for better health! This episode is meant to help you achieve it.
There are health consequences to disrupted sleep, aka circadian rhythm. These include a greater risk of sleep disorders, obesity, depression, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. By correcting sleep disturbances, you can correct a whole host of other health problems. The problem is that in midlife, when our hormones are going haywire, we except poor sleep as part of the aging process. Well that simply doesn't have to be your reality.
We give you plenty of tips to achieve better sleep. Every body is different, so some of these may work for you, but some may not. Be an experiment of one!
