SMART goals:
-Specific-who, what, where, when, why
-Measurable-how many/much? Think numbers. How many times? For how long?
-Achievable-Do I have the recourses and capabilities? If not, what am I missing?
-Realistic-It's within reach
-Timely-What's the deadline? When do I want to achieve this?
