These oils, such as sunflower, safflower, canola, soybean, and grapeseed, are cheap and plentiful and carry a host of health concerns. We challenge you to read product labels. The amount of products that contain this inflammatory ingredient is shocking.
We take a deep dive into the health concerns that these oils introduce; we give you tips on how to avoid them, and talk about how to "get yourself back on-track" when you've had a period of poor eating. But let's be honest...and real. We are NOT saying that avoiding processed foods completely is reasonable. We all like to eat out occasionally, and we all like the crunch of a good chip every now and again. The story is balance. We want to help you create a beautiful life full of foods that are alive and colorful while still enjoying the occasional "treat."
