Description

Sometimes we can dread, delay, or never start the things that we love the most. Why is it that some of the things that you are passionate about can feel so heavy sometimes?

What are the things in your life that feel heavy? Perhaps you feel like you're walking through mud while you're doing it. Or perhaps it leaves you in a guilty stupor of delay.

Funnily, we can go for years, and even a lifetime, not realizing that we're continually battling these cycles of heaviness. It's possible that you've grown quite accustomed to carrying it around.

It can also be confounding because these are the spaces that you'd think would feel free and imaginative and fun.

What if this changed? If you felt freer and things were more enjoyable?

As it turns out, there are probably some really good reasons for this heaviness.

And it is definitely possible to change these associations.

Just a reminder that it's so important to come in kindly to these spaces.

Next week, we will follow up with how to get underneath these things and separate ourselves from this kind of weight.

It's possible that the way we experience life could change quite a bit with a mindful and compassionate tending of these places.
