In this episode, I explain how the Model can be utilized to identify your thoughts which create your feelings. Using the Model in our daily lives allows us the opportunity to examine any problem or situation in our lives and determine on a deeper level the thoughts we are thinking and how they are affecting our outcomes. The Model can also help us to mindfully create the outcomes we actually want in our lives by deciding ahead of time the thoughts that we will need to think in order to get us to where we want to be.

T=Wife said she "had to take out the trash".
F=mad
A=complaining, judging husband
R= creating evidence for herself the thought that she has to do it in order for it to be take care of
