We have a number of stories our brain tells around the things that happen to us on a daily basis. The model will help you to identify the thoughts you are thinking about those stories, and you get to choose if they are true or not.

T- I have no control when it comes to holiday treats
F-guilty
A- eat off plan, judging yourself, "I can't do this", screw it eating for remainder of the day
R- Your brain is out of control-it is looking for the evidence it needs to prove your thought right
