Ezra Frech is a 16-year-old Paralympian and the youngest member of the U.S. Paralympic track and field squad. Ezra was born with congenital limb differences, missing his left knee and fibula and four fingers on his left hand. He received his first prosthetic leg at 11 months old and has been an athlete ever since.
Ezra is a budding adaptive sports icon and social media influencer. He has a career as a motivational speaker and an ambassador for adaptive sports. At a young age, he has already been referenced in Ted Talks and appeared or been profiled by USCOPC, Bleacher Report, UPC, The Ellen Show, Good Morning America, and the Kelly Clarkson Show. Ezra is also the co-founder of Angel City Sports with his father, Clayton Frech.

Angel City Sports provides free, year-round adaptive sport clinics, equipment, and competitive opportunities for kids, adults, and veterans with physical disabilities or visual impairments.
