Dr. Shaun Holland-Powell holds a Doctoral Degree in Christian Counseling integrating her academic background with her passion for the arts, making significant strides in both creative and community sectors. This led to her becoming Jacksonville's One to Watch Image Award Winner!!
We dive into Dr. Shaun Holland-Powell's background to discover her passion for the arts as she became the 1st African American woman to sell out the historic Ritz Theatre with her original debut stage play, "The Wrong Man" along with a couple more stage plays.
We also dive into her transition into independent film making from writing, producing, and directing her 1st independent film called "The Honey Dripper" 2024 plus many more to follow, and launching Powellful Production, her own production company, as the backstory is discovered there!
