Hey! It’s episode 16 and today I am doing something different on the show. As promised I said I’d be mixing things up to add more value to your listening. 

In this episode I am joined by Gillian Yuan is an Intuitive Eating and Body Acceptance Coach for Moms. With a background in healthcare, she empowers moms to break free of the mental noise of Diet Culture, so they can eat normally and have more time and energy to experience life fully. 

Gillian and I have gotten to know each other over the last 10 months and found that we have a lot of parallels in our lives. We wanted to share our journeys of ditching diets while being entrepreneurs and only child mommas. In hopes that it can help other women listening to know there is hope after dieting. We talk about how we both were heavily steeped in diet culture, how we made our way to the other side, self care, and a bit about what it’s like to raise only child boys.
