Do you ever feel like giving up?  I sure have. A lot in fact. I’ve felt like giving up on diets, on school, on projects, on crafts, running, and on coaching and counseling. This feeling of giving up is natural and you are not alone. 

In this episode I am walking you through how not believing in yourself leads to wanting to give up. I’m sharing how you are not the problem when you feel this way. 

It also doesn’t feel good to be in that moment of wanting to give up. So the next time you feel like giving up, I’m giving you things to try instead.

  1. Remind yourself you are good enough and you are not the problem.
  2. Look at what you are wanting to give up on. And ask yourself the following questions
    1. Why am I wanting to give up?
    2. Why did I start in the first place?
    3. If I give up now, what happens?
    4. If I keep going, what might happen?
  3. If quitting makes you happier, by all means quit! You have my permission.
  4. Or maybe you decide you are going to quit for a short period of time and come back to it.
