In this episode I’m answering Stacy’s question, “Sabrina, why do I emotionally eat? It doesn’t seem to matter what I do, when I’m upset about something I find myself raiding the fridge and pantry.”


Why do we eat to cope with feelings? Well that’s pretty simple. It works. Eating provides a quick dopamine spike in the brain, which makes us feel better, at least momentarily.
