Welcome to episode 40, friend! This week I am joined by fellow Mind Body Eating coach and mental health provider, Iris Morgado. Iris and I met through the Institute for the Psychology of eating.

Iris is a passionate traveler, discovering other cultures and talking to people about food has made her fall more and more in love with psychology every day. She now combines her training as a Mind-Body Eating Coach with being a psychologist.

 

Iris and I planned to discuss the masculine and feminine energies, and while we do talk about that, what morphed from our conversation was the theme of loneliness, connection, and using food to cope.
