Dear friend, welcome back to the show. In this episode, I am joined by my friend and non diet and health and every size colleague, Kim Hagle. Kim is going to help us change our relationship with exercise, so that maybe we stop hating it so much. Not that you're gonna love it. But maybe you can change how you think about it, which will increase your motivation which will increase how consistent you are with moving your body, which is going to lead to moving your body with more ease, having less pain, and doing things that you want to do. And for me personally, aging a little bit more gracefully, so that when I'm 90 I can get myself on and off the toilet, all by myself.
