The Emotional Eating Therapist podcast is taking a break for the holidays.

I'll be back in the new year with a slightly updated podcast.

Episodes will continue to air on Thursdays, however I am adding some things.

The 1st Thursday of the month I am answering questions from listeners like you! If you have a question related to emotional eating, disordered eating, mental health, health at every size, intuitive eating, body image, or anything else please send me an email info@sabrinarogers.com and I'll answer your questions on the podcast.​

The ​2nd Thursday of the month will feature guests that will add value to your relationship with food and body. If you know of someone who would be a great guest send them my way please!

The 3rd Thursday will be​ whatever is on my mind. This could be current events, things I've seen in the media, or anything relevant to food/body/mental health.

The 4th Thursday  is What I'm Reading. As some of you know I LOVE to read and average 100 books per year. Sharing these books and authors with you has been on my mind for a while and I'm deciding to see how it lands with you. In these episodes I'm sharing the books I've read (both fiction and non-fiction) and which ones I think would be beneficial for you to consume on your journey with food and body.  Have a book you think I should read? Email me and let me know! I'm starting my 2023 to-read list.
