To quote John Mayer, " your body is a wonderland". This week I talk about the importance of making peace with your body and how yoga can helps us along the way. 

In this episode I talk about seeing your body as a tool rather than who you are and what  "loving" your body means to me. 

I have a good history with body image issues and as I've gotten older and studied more yoga, I've made peace with my body and now love it unconditionally. 

We only get one body, lets learn to love and take care of it.
