Can Yoga help you get 6-pack abs?!
This week I reflect on yoga as a means to get shape from different perspectives..
1. Yoga for general fitness - First defining what is "fitness"? the seeing how yoga can meet us were we are.
2. Yoga for fitness fanatics - From planes of movement to dealing with cortisol junkies. yoga can be useful for most level of fitness.
Yoga is 1000's of years old. If it was complete bullshit, then it would have been dismissed by now, like a shake weight. So just give it a chance.
