One of the main benefits of yoga, is its ability to help reduce stress and anxiety. In this episode I talk about why its important now more than ever to bring up the conversation of anxiety, list of ways yoga can help manage anxiety and some real life examples of how yoga has helped people with their anxiety.

Of course, anxiety is a spectrum, the exercises I list in the episode are not a cure but may be a tool that can help. Please see a professional if you're dealing with a severe form of anxiety.
