Anger is a natural emotion, and it's perfectly okay to feel it. We need to normalize anger and recognize that it's a healthy part of our emotional range. By suppressing our anger, we're only doing ourselves a disservice.
In this episode I talk about what anger is and how it is looked at socially, and how yoga can help us become a witness of our anger versus a vehicle for it.
All of our emotions are transient things that pass through us and help us experience life. the more we can embrace our "bad" emotions, the more we experience "good" ones.
So let's embrace our anger, and work towards expressing it in a constructive manner. Let's create a world where everyone feels empowered to express their emotions, without fear of judgment.
