In yoga philosophy, the concept of 'ahimsa' or non-harming reminds us to choose our words wisely and speak with kindness and compassion. When we practice ahimsa, we not only improve our own mental wellbeing, but also positively impact the lives of those around us.

Think about the words you use in your daily interactions with others. Are they uplifting or critical? Do they promote understanding or create conflict? Remember, the words you speak have the power to shape your life and relationships. Choose them wisely and practice ahimsa both on and off the mat.
