“Overthinking is when what you think gets in the way of what you want.”

There are so many wonderful things to be thinking about without overthinking the things that have already happened.  Things you can no longer do anything about.  Or overthinking what is going to happen, because all that does is cause worry over something that doesn’t exist.  

 

Did you know that depression and anxiety can be results of overthinking?  Not in every case of course, but I think it’s worth evaluating if this could be the cause of some of those feelings you experience.
