Whenever you recieve a compliment or experience something positive in your life, how do you usually respond? For years, I would automatically discount the compliment or positive experience because I had this belief that it coulnd't be true, or that it was just a fluke.  Discounting the positive is another sneaky thought distortion that many people experience, sometimes without even realizing it.  Today I will share what this looks like,  where it comes from, and 8 tips to get you started in breaking this thought habit once and for all.
