Description

When we stay focused  on what we have done or haven't done in our past, it will keep us stuck, preventing us from moving forward and reaching our potential, even our Divine potential.  We may have thoughts like, "this is how I have always been, I can't change", "I don't know how to do something new".  When we choose to keep these thoughts, we end up going around and around in circles.  We may feel like we are moving, but  we really aren't.  In order to reach our full potential, our Divine potential, we recognize that these past focused thoughts are just thoughts.  Moving toward our Divine potential is possible, even if making changes in our lives seems a bit scary.
