When it comes to intentional thinking, it reinforces the idea that all people are free to act and not be acted upon. When we find ourselves in certain situations, our default reactive or unintentional thinking may kick in. Why does this happen? Because we all have a human brain! And with that reactive, unintentional thinking, we usually don't create the best results for ourselves; we don't usually show up the way we want to. But how do we change that? With our intentional thoughts! We are free to act, to choose intentional thoughts in order to become who we want to become, create the experiences in our life that we want. With the desire, awareness, and some effort it is possible.
