Getting enought sleep is so important to both our physical and our mental health.  But it's interesting to me that during the various stages of our lives, as women, we go through periods of sleep deprivation:  Being a young mom with children that awake in the night, having teen age kids coming in late from activities, and then there’s the onset of menopause and insomnia!  AWWWW.

It seems like no matter what stage of life we are in, sleep deprivation is real so today, let’s talk about what happens to our bodies and our brains when we become sleep deprived, and ways that I have found to handle sleep deprivation.

I will share some simple tools and tips that continue to help me combat sleep deprivation.  If this is something that you are struggling with, then get on my calendar and let's talk!
