Have you ever had one of those days where you are feeling so out of control?  And you try so desperately to regain that control, grasping for anything you CAN control?

When we are feeling intense emotions, it feels like we are spinnin out of control. 

When this happens to me, I try to find something, anything that I can control. I work,   I clean, i do some yardwork, run an errand,  something tangible that I can DO to avoid feeling the emotion that is causing me to feel out of control.  

As human beings we like to be in control of the our world.  And when we are not, it throws us out of wack.  Feeling in control feels good.  Feeling out of control, doesn't.

In this episode I will share the secret of regaining control when our emotions spin us out of control.  You may be surprised how simple it is to regain control.  I was!  But this simple tool is so AMAZING.
