Motherhood is probably the most complex and challenging roles we play as women, and we can be so hard on ourselves in this journey.  In today's episode I welcome Anna Mortimer, a certified Life Coach for Mothers who specializes in helping mothers let go of mom guilt so they can enjoy their relationships with their children and themselves. 

For years I struggled with the constant feeling of guilt,  thinking that even the tiniest mistakes I made as a mom would somehow damage my children forever.  I was so focused on being the "perfect" mom and doing it all right, that I often lost sight of finding  the joy in my relationships with my children, as well as myself. 

Maybe your are in the middle of raising your children right now.  Or maybe your children are grown and gone, but you find yourself looking back with feelings of guilt and regret.  Just know you are not alone and this is for you.  We will each share with you the tools that we have found, through coaching, that have helped us personally learn to let go of the guilt ourselves, and finally  enjoy the relationships we have with those we love most.
