Maybe you have had thoughts like,
“This project I am working on isn’t good enough. Look at all those mistakes and flaws! It has to be perfect before I can finish it."
"I am afraid to try that thing because I don’t know if I am going to be any good at it, and I don’t want to look like a fool!"
" What will other people think of me? "
" Am I ever going to be good enough?"
