Today we will talk about the feeling of Overwhelm. I think it is a fair thing to say that we have all experienced this feeling at times. The feeling you get when you think that there is too much to do and not enough time to do it all. Where you feel like you are constantly running faster and faster to finish, but there is always more to do. Does this sound familar? We are going to discuss where this overwhelm may be coming from and what reacting to it might look like for you. Then I will give you some tools that will help you start to unlock your own feelings of overwhelm. This is one of the areas that I coach with my clients on regularly.
I will be asking a lot of questions for you to think about. I find it helpful to write my answers down where I can really look at what is happening in my brain. Since it isn't very practical to pause the podcast in order to write your answer, I have included the questions here in the show notes for you.
