There is always more than one way of seeing things or interpreting the situations we experience.  Our brain is the lens through which we see the world around us.  As it filters  information coming in, it makes interpretations that create the experiences we have.  Sometimes our brain gets stuck using it's natural mental filter, focusing only on the negative.  When this happens over and over again, it can cause elevated anxiety, depression, and even isolation. 

Today I share with you four tools that can help you overcome that negative mental filter your brain might be in the habit of using.  Remember, you have the power within you to change your focus if you WANT to.  If you aren’t happy with what your focus is creating for you right now, and want to change, then this episode is for you.
