Description

Many of us have an inner critic that is always nagging us. This voice tells us we are not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, not thin enough, and so on. We often listen to these voices without even realizing it. This criticism is a part of our mind programmed by society to ensure we don't do anything wrong or stupid. It's the one who tells you you'll fail because you said something stupid in front of your boss or your friend. It's the one who says you should've done better during the presentation at work and how everyone is looking at you with a frown on their face. Join this conversation with Dr. Christina Shenvi and learn how to quiet it.
