Description

It's the day before the stoner national holiday!  Had time this morning to podcast since yesterday was a big lift day, today at the gym will be yoga and back PT.   Trying to gain more self-control via meditation, did 2 hours on Sunday, 2 hours Monday, and an hour this morning.   1 session in the morning from 4am-5am, and 1 session in the evening ~8:15pm - 9:15pm.  Shoot me an email quittingmarijuanapodcast@gmail.com with a story of something good or bad related to weed and how it's impacting your life and I will definitely share.
