For our first show in 2024, Dr. Lindsey and I spoke to Katelinn Cummings, Associate Director of Compliance for Syracuse University Athletics. Katelinn has a great story to tell for anyone who is interested in working for a university in compliance. Cummings came to the Cuse after spending the 2021-22 academic year at nearby Binghamton University where she was an Academic Advisor/NCAA Compliance Assistant working with volleyball, men's golf, women's tennis, and men's and women's swimming and diving as well as some day-to-day responsibilities in the NCAA Compliance Office. Cummings is a 2020 graduate of SUNY Cortland where she was a member of the women's ice hockey team. She went on to earn a Masters degree in Higher Education from UAlbany in 2022.
