Being in control of your emotions at all times in incredibly difficult. Also, your goal isn't to rid yourself of emotion, you're still human! You will feel emotions such as fear, anger and frustration that will try to take you out of your game, but how you respond to those emotions will determine if they control you. Visualizing these emotions before competition will help you prepare and be ready for when they come. Letting the emotions come in and then immediately let them leave will help you to remain in flow and focused.
