For You, night and day, some don't sleep;
And others, to hope tether bosom.
To ease their grief, some sing songs;
And others shed an endless stream of tears.[nb 2]
Some do not and cannot forget
Their honey-coated memory
Of the day that You gave impact.[nb 3]
Some thread a wreath of bygone days,
And others make the earth full of color.
Some keep playing with You the game of light and shade,
And others carry on, their heart filled with love.
