To finish this week of “finishing strong,” I wanted to talk about how you can build momentum which is crucial to get you to the finish line of your big project or goal. Today I talk about some tips from author Darren Hardy about how to build regular habits that will build momentum. 

  1. Establish a morning routine and do the most difficult tasks early in the day. 
  2. Create an evening schedule where you can review your day to prepare for the next
  3. Change things up so they don’t get boring
  4. Log your new habits
  5. Keep the negative thoughts at bay

Do these things and you will feel the momentum build. Remember that old saying “You can have the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.”
