After talking all about motivation last week, this week I am following it up by talking about how to prepare for the new year and looking ahead to set and achieve goals. 

Today I'll cover some basic changes or practices that I think are so important to have in place before working towards bigger goals in our lives. These are some basics of good living but so many of us struggle with these five things. 

  1. Good diet - I’m not a proponent of crazy dieting or being obsessive about what we eat, but keeping some basic ground rules for a good diet is really important.
  2. Get a little exercise each day
  3. Find things that make you passionate 
  4. Declutter your life - Focus on both relationships that don’t serve you and your living space
  5. Make time for yourself 

Get started on implementing any of these that you are falling short on and you will be well on your way to a successful 2023!
