I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast.
A couple weeks ago, when I was in Los Angeles for the All-Star break, I broke my wrist while I was lifting weights. After briefly feeling sorry for myself, I started to shift my perspective by thinking of how people all over the world overcome so many incredible challenges.
That led me to an article in Popular Mechanics about some of the craziest survival stories. Reading them immediately shifted my perspective on what real hardship is all about and put my focus back into gratitude.
Today I want to share three of the stories from that article so that you can also keep your life in perspective and to demonstrate how amazing the human spirit can be.
