On the latest episode of The Dad Hat Chronicles, I had the pleasure of talking with Tara Tallman of the San Jose Giants. She is the Vice President of Game Day Operations and Human Resources for the team. We had a fun conversation talking about her very first game as the Food and Beverage Manager which turned out a night to be a night to remember. We also discussed the amount of soul searching she did and how she finally decided to leave her job in Vegas and come and work with the San Jose Giants.
