ADS is a guy that is coming out on top! Like many, he experienced upheaval after the 2008 crash. Determination and persistence lead him to explore options and he has since worked towards a top level position at a multi-national corporation. Along the way, our paths crossed and Al pursued training as a Recovery Coach. The idea to fulfill a desire to be of service as well as generate additional income Al has instead implemented his skills on a select basis. He uses the information in management, informally coaching the many employees he interacts with.
