This week I dive into my beliefs behind the word ‘busy.’ Many of us use this word daily to describe our day and our lives, yet we don’t realize the overwhelm and anxiety this is causing further. We can get so caught up thinking about what we have to do, rather than just doing the thing.
It is time to own who you are, remove the procrastination from your life, plan, and put your schedule full of abundance and joy into action.
