Apart from that, as one of America’s top doctors, Dr. Shapiro sets the record straight on skating with Dave Price and on some medical myths.
We could not wait to get her on the show to tell her side of the Dave Price skating story ( in episode 29), and so we read up on Nina as fast as we could. We were floored. She is the go to physician in LA and around the world for the treatment of truly challenging cases in Pediatric Otolaryngology and she is a brilliant and calming voice in the medical world in general.
We liked her so much that after the recording we asked if we could be best friends (not kidding) and she made us like Dave Price even more.
