Her team, Team BDN coaching, specializes in holistic nutrition, macro tracking, metabolic restoration, fitness plans, accountability, and community, helping women eat more and reach their goals. Ashley is also certified in Health Mindset Coaching, Functional Nutrition, and Metabolic Science.
