Wayne is an experienced business leader with an enduring love of rural Newfoundland and Labrador and all the exciting opportunity contained therein. He completed a formal education in Commerce at Memorial University Business School. He has been heavily involved in municipal politics, owned his own restaurant and retail gasoline operation. He came out of MUN and started his own consulting company which eventually branched into retail. He has a passion for Social Enterprise and brings a different way of thinking to bear on all of his endeavours. Throughout his career as an entrepreneur, and working with large public corporations, he has shaped his leadership style as a critical and strategic thinker. Wayne says he is always looking forward to the next step and being a lifelong entrepreneur defines who he is!
