In our culture, we are so conditioned to worry about what we need to FEAR, AVOID, or ELIMINATE. We are highly skilled in the art of restriction and making ourselves LESS. Today, let's chat about how we can shift our perspective and focus on what we can add instead of what we need to take away. Deprivation leads to obsession which leads to bingeing, in our diet, exercise routine, and our mental health. Let's change the narrative and cheat the system. Addition trumps subtraction every time.
